Prior to Starting the Registration Process

 Your USA Lacrosse membership is a yearly fee that provides insurance coverage to game and practice related injuries (details of coverage can be found HERE),  that follows the player to any team/event. It also features a subscription to USA Lacrosse magazine, discounts at the USA Lacrosse Shop, training and playing opportunities and more. 

Any player registered with an EGYL(East Georgia Youth Lacrosse) team must have a USA Lacrosse membership to be eligible to play. EGYL and its affiliate teams have chosen to use USA Lacrosse for insurance needs as it would cost roughly $15k/year for alternative coverage that would ONLY apply to EGYL season. The cost and coverage benefits are far more extensive and economical with USA Lacrosse.
