This Director is responsible for determining equipment needs for all aspects of the Program throughout the year including budget input. The Equipment Coordinator shall also provide a complete inventory of all Program equipment and be responsible for the purchase, repair, storage, disbursement and collection of these items. LYL-owned equipment may include: lacrosse goals/nets; field storage bins, score tables and required field equipment; lacrosse balls; goalie protective equipment; lacrosse sticks- standard sticks, goalie sticks & long-sticks; helmets for goalies and loaner equipment to include helmets, sticks (boys & girls), gloves, elbow & shoulder pads; and coach training aids. This Director, in conjunction with the Fields Coordinator, is also responsible for setting up/breaking down equipment for ALL practices, clinics, games, etc.
This Director has responsibility for determining field needs for all Program clinics and teams. The Fields Coordinator shall be the primary liaison between the Program and Parks and Recreation, school district and private facilities for the request and booking of outdoor fields, ensuring quality of fields as well as scheduling fields and communicating schedules to the Registrar for inclusion on the Program’s web site. This Director, in conjunction with the Equipment Coordinator, is also responsible for setting up/breaking down equipment for ALL practices, clinics, games, etc.
