This manager is responsible for determining equipment needs for all aspects of the Program throughout the year including budget input. The Equipment Manager shall also provide a complete inventory of all Program equipment and be responsible for the purchase, repair, storage, disbursement and collection of these items. LYL-owned equipment may include: lacrosse goals/nets; field storage bins, score tables and required field equipment; lacrosse balls; goalie protective equipment; lacrosse sticks- standard sticks, goalie sticks & long-sticks; helmets for goalies and loaner equipment to include helmets, sticks (boys & girls), gloves, elbow & shoulder pads; and coach training aids.
This manager plans and coordinates all communications campaigns, social media management, and marketing designs. This individual will have primary responsibility for all social media posting, responding to comments, questions, and social media requests for information. Experience with, or willingness to learn, Canva is required. The Social Media/Marketing Manager will work closely with the President and Communications Manager to ensure timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
This manager is responsible for recruitment, training, preparation, and scheduling of season volunteers, to include: team parents, set up/tear down help, concessions, and spirit wear table.
